KyraHosting is a web hosting service I founded to provide affordable, managed hosting for small businesses and developers. Rather than reselling commodity hosting, I built a custom platform on top of cloud infrastructure that gives clients more control and better performance than typical shared hosting.
The platform includes a client-facing dashboard for managing domains, services, and billing; an admin panel for service provisioning and monitoring; and automated backend systems for deployment, scaling, and alerting.

Building a hosting platform means solving problems at every layer of the stack — from DNS management and SSL provisioning to billing automation and uptime monitoring. The challenge was creating a cohesive, user-friendly experience on top of inherently complex infrastructure, while keeping it maintainable as a solo founder.
Next.js frontend with Firebase Auth — clients can manage their services, view invoices, submit support tickets, and monitor uptime in real-time.
Internal admin panel for managing client accounts, provisioning new services, monitoring server health, and handling billing operations.
AWS-based infrastructure with automated deployment pipelines, health checks, and alerting. Services spin up and down based on demand.
Stripe-powered recurring billing with automatic invoice generation, payment failure handling, and subscription management.
